New: Kettlebell Class

Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

Kettlebells are a total body workout designed for all levels of fitness. Led by the Olympic Track star Roni Rene Moore, you will get a safe sweat going while challenging all the muscles in your body and improving your aerobic abilities. Kettlebell training is a fast and efficient method of working out, so come give it a try!


Abs Class

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Abdominal muscles provide an essential support system for your spinal column, nervous system, and every major motion that your body can go through. This class is designed for all levels of fitness to strengthen your core in order to prevent back injury, correct posture, and support other fitness goals by building strength where you need it!


Spin Class

Monday and Wednesday 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM / Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Cycling is known for burning a lot of calories and building lean muscle mass on your body. Come get a cardio work out you have never experienced before on one of our spin bikes as an instructor guides you over hills, dips, and straight-away’s that will make you wonder why you ever got on a treadmill.


Zumba With Rose

New times: Every Tuesday & Friday 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Dance off the weight in our official Zumba class. Combine cardio exercise with stamina, strength, and flexibility in this total body workout that gets your heart pumping and your body moving! Music provided by the instructor.


Body Sculpt With Elsie

Every Wednesday 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Elsie guides members through a rigorous weight training workout in which you will sculpt and tone your muscles and push yourself to peak performance. This class is recommended for all fitness levels, and uses moderate weight and moderate impact training.


Toning Circuit

Every Wednesday 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Designed after the circuit training methods of USC’s football team this circuit is designed for people who love to move! With different stations set up, members rotate around our aerobics room doing different workouts every week. This method of circuit training is optimal for losing fat, building muscle, as well as building cardio stamina.


Step Aerobics

Mon 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM / Thu 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

High energy, heart-pumping classes uses step choreography to keep you moving and grooving to the beat of the music. No two classes are ever the same!!
