Owner Herb Sleigh has decades of experience as a professional coach and trainer in volleyball, tennis, resistance and cardiovascular training.

In addition to his duties at the Fitness Center, he is a personal tennis and fitness trainer.

Roni Rene Moore is a certified trainer through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Science Association. In her 9 years of experience, Roni has helped a broad spectrum of clients achieve their fitness goals in a traditional gym setting as well as in speed, strength and conditioning coaching for high school and professional athletes.

Roni is a world class long jumper and national champion. She is currently preparing for the 2012 Olympics. Through her personal athletic achievements, Roni has earned a Nike sponsorship for track and has been featured in Sports Illustrated “Hot Shots” and Shape Magazine.

Kelly Jackson is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Assocation of America. He has 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, along with 10 years experience in personal training. He also has 7 years experience as a nutritional advisor. Kelly instructs class every Wednesday at 5 PM until 6:30 PM.
Kiki Dupree ("Zumba Kiki") is certified as a group fitness instructor in Zumba toning and Zumba circuit. She has been doing Zumba since January of 2009. Come try a Zumba class and get hooked just like she did!

Rose Pasqual ("Zumba Rose") teaches Zumba on Tuesdays and and Fridays from 12 – 1 PM. She is CPR/AED certified by the American Heart Association, and Zumba toning & Zumba circuit certified since 2010. Adella Belvin is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Assocation of America and has worked with LA Fitness. She is a certified step aerobics instructor and has 10 years experience with group exercise. She is, also along with all of our staff, CPR certified. Her classes are Mondays and Thursday from 12 - 1 PM.
Alyssa Stubbs is the co-manager of The Fitness Center. She has 3 years of fitness training experience. Also under her belt: two years of study at the Kinesiology Department at Cal State University of Long Beach, with a focus in fitness with an emphasis on stretching. As an instructor, she is available to help with any fitness or nutrition related questions you may have.
Amee Andrade teaches Spin class every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5 – 6: 30 PM. She has 2 years experience in group exercise training. She also has 1 year experience in teaching Spin.

Kristine Emry teaches on Mondays between 5 - 6:30 PM. She has 17 years experience in group fitness and the following formatted workouts: Step, Spin, BodyBump, TKB, Body Works, Aqua, Core, and Hip Hop. Susan Hobbes is certified by the American Council on Exercise and holds a masters level domestic aerobic certification. She has 5 years experience as a personal trainer with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, and weight management. She can design programs to meet your demands and set diet based goals.

Elsie Smith teaches Spin class every Monday and Wednesday from 1 - 2 PM as well as a muscle toning class Wednesdays from 12 - 1 PM.
